暇步士“白菜價”大促,母公司此前稱將保持其“中高端定位”
紅星資本局4月14日消息,服飾品牌暇步士(Hush Puppies)多家門店近日進行的1-3折清倉活動,引發消費者關注。據媒體報道,4月11日至12日,暇步士多家服裝店出現大促活動,有消費者一次性就買了2萬多元的服裝,賣區甚至出現排隊情況。

4月14日,紅星資本局走訪了4家暇步士商場店並致電了1家暇步士門店,各門店均告訴紅星資本局,前段時間有1至3折的清倉活動,不過目前活動已結束。
有店員向紅星資本局表示是因爲“老闆換了”所以進行了大促,也有店員稱是因爲要清庫存。
紅星資本局注意到,今年1月,“童裝大王”嘉曼服飾(301276.SZ)發佈公告稱,已以5880萬美元完成對暇步士在中國的品牌資產的收購。

據瞭解,暇步士於1997年進入中國市場,定位中高端消費者,不同品類有不同的代理商。嘉曼服飾此前是暇步士童裝的代理商,而暇步士鞋類代理商則爲百麗時尚。
雖然嘉曼服飾成了暇步士的新主,但其並未有全品類收回自營的公開表述。
在今年2月26日的投資者關係活動記錄表中,嘉曼服飾稱,將“會以授權的模式與各合作伙伴共同做大品牌價值”。
同時,嘉曼服飾對暇步士的門店計劃是“會選擇在流量大、位置佳的商圈開設形象門店”,未來定位是“希望與各品類授權商一起保持聚焦中高端的品牌定位”。
對於清庫存的原因,一位暇步士店員告訴紅星資本局:“近三年壓了不少貨,男裝庫存更多,打折的都是以前的貨。”
紅星資本局採訪嘉曼服飾暇步士大促原因是否與庫存有關、對該品牌未來的計劃是什麼,截至發稿暫無迴應。
紅星資本局注意到,嘉曼服飾在收購暇步士之前的幾年存貨已在逐漸上升,從2018年年末的2.66億元上升至2022年年末的4.49億元。2023年9月30日,嘉曼服飾的存貨增長至5.08億元,其解釋稱:“三季度末庫存餘額較大主要原因爲貨值較高的秋冬產品入庫所致。”
如果暇步士非童裝服飾品類庫存高企的話,嘉曼服飾將整個品牌收購後確需清理庫存,以免進一步影響上市公司的存貨數據。
