◄已故Beatles合唱團吉它手George Harrison (圖／翻攝自網路)已故Beatles合唱團吉它手George Harrison的獨子Dhani Harrison，上週末與他交往很久的女友Solveig “Sola” Karadottir結婚了，Dhani父親的Beatles合唱團夥伴Paul McCartney與Ringo Starr都參加了在泰晤士河畔豪宅舉行的婚禮，Paul McCartney的女兒Stella還幫新娘設計了禮服。Dhani Harrison的新婚妻子Solveig的父親是冰島神經病理學者，目前是一家生技公司老闆。
Dhani的名字來自印度（發音同Danny），1960年代中期，George Harrison對印度文化產生很大的興趣，透過他讓西方人認識了席塔琴音樂，他的兒子取印度名並不令人意外，Dhani與父親感情很好，他們都很迷F-1賽車，Dhani曾與父親一同去世界各地參加賽車大賽。2001年11月29日George Harrison不幸因喉癌去世後，Dhani與長輩前ELO與Traveling Wilburys合唱團的要角Jeff Lynne合作完成父親最後一張專輯Brainwashed，等於正式承襲了父親的職業歌唱生涯，並於2006年組了Thenewno2合唱團，演唱歌路屬另類搖滾。Dhani曾告訴記者：別人以爲身爲有錢名人的小孩大概每天晚上到處趕場參加Party，其實他像父親一樣是一個熱愛工作的人，雖然歌迷們看到他的臉，聽到他的歌聲就會想到他的父親，但是沒關係，搞自己的音樂是很過癮的事。
Beatles 1966年的專輯Rubber Soul當中的Norwegian Wood(This Bird Has Flown) George Harrison曾用席塔琴伴奏，這首歌沒推出過單曲，但於滾石雜誌歷年500大歌曲榜獲得第83名，是一首很有名的歌。
