實際上，“擼串”一詞據說來自東北方言，顧名思義，“擼串”一詞由兩個字組成，“擼”是把肉撕扯下來，讓肉從上面滑下來的動作，“串”就是扦子。“擼串”就是吃燒烤的意思。
